Buyer’s Remorse (AKA Refunds + Returns)

We are a small business with limited run products that may or may not be restocked. 

We understand sometimes you get trigger-happy when online shopping and buy something you didn’t mean to add to your shopping cart or or hit “add to cart” too many times. It definitely happens to us too!

We will gladly exchange products or grant store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery date, if unused and in the same condition as shipped. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Rare Scenarios (or Product replacement)
Did you order something awesome only to have it arrive damaged by the postal service?! That’s a real bummer as we inspect each product thoroughly before sending, yet we can’t guarantee the postal services doesn’t just toss the package around. The best way to guarantee your product is if you purchase insurance for your order.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a pic and send it to us right away so we can assess the situation and so you don’t get stuck outside the 14 day policy. Please don’t send the item back before notifying us of the return. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement item of the item. Do keep in mind that because our products are made in limited quantities, there could be times where we sold out and cannot replace the item. If that happens, we will offer you either store credit or a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photo of damaged item at shishidocreative [!at] gmail.com. We will then let you know if we are able to exchange the item and ask you to ship it back to us.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 420 Melrose Ave. E #502, Seattle, WA 98102, United States.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will let you know when replacement item is shipped. :)

If you are shipping an item back, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it won’t be damaged during shipping. This covers all of us, which is really for the best, right?
