These particular lace locks are made in gold plating to reflect the Philippines' history of being the second largest gold depository in the entire world. Our ancestors wore gold even if they were poor because gold was so common! Reclaim some of that golden heritage in your own life with these fly lace locks. Because these lace locks are a little wider than our other designs to accomodate the cutouts in the sun, we recommend wearing these ones with a thicker lace on boots or your favorite kicks!
