Umi is a beautiful and talented geisha mermaid who is ready to enchant you with her(coral) fan dance. Ama-chan is a sneaky thief who disguises herself as an ama (traditional Japanese pearl diver) and then gives the pearls to Uriko, the MERchant mermaid who then sells the stolen pearls to unbeknownst buyers. And finally, Jun, the sea dragon priestess keeps them all from getting into too much trouble and works hard to cleanse the oceans they live in through devotion to the sea dragon!

About this Collaboration
Our beloved friends at Maintaining Mediocrity and Pyonko’s Petit Cafe invited us to take in this super fun Mermay collaboration project in May 2020. Together we all produced a lot of super cute new designs!
